-city's definition of automatic firearm is unconstitutional
-city's law prohibiting firing a gun within 500 feet of any park, playground or recreational center owned by city exceeded the state law
-city's seizure and confiscation ordinance allowing police to collect weapons from those suspected of drinking or threatening a disturbance violated state carry laws
-cit'y ordinance changing the penalty for defacing a firearm from what the state allows was unconstitutional
-city’s gun lock law is legal
-law requirementing all firearms found on school property be reported to the police is also legal
-the reporting of private gun sales is also legal
-a mandate to report lost or stolen guns is legal
-gun offender registry is legal
