Recent development regarding EOTech problems is now leading to L-3 Communications to refund the Holographic Weapon Sight. With US government suing and settling, L-3 Communications is quietly refunding full price customers paid.
You have to request RMA from their website, and they will either accept or decline. Once they approve, they will add $15 for shipping and handling, and you can send it in.
