The Firearm Blog reports that Ruger is making "State Compliant" AR-556 rifles for Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, and New Jersey buyers. It comes with 10 round magazine and fixed buttstock, and non-threaded barrel.
Price is same as the regular version, $749
