CZ USA announced that CZ will build a basic 1911. Not a Dan Wesson 1911, but a CZ 1911 A1. CZ USA says that some minor differences include taller, dovetailed sights(front and rear), walnut grips and stainless steel barrel. It is said to have tighter slide-to-frame and slide-to-barrel tolerances.
This 1911 doesn't have trigger safety, uses aluminum trigger and has 5 pould trigger pull. Frame and slide is made with forged carbon steel. Two 7 round magazines included.
