The 9th Circuit court struck down attempted intervention of the CA DOJ to take over Peruta v Gore. The case challenged requirement for 'good cause' in California's CCW application, and the 9th Circuit court ruled such requiments were against the law.
CA State Attorney Harris tried to intervene on behalf of Sheriff Gore, but the court said that can't happen.
This means Peruta stands and any area where under the 9th Circuit court cannot require 'good cause'
