10-8 finally released its Glock magazine pad. This is made with glass reinforced nylon, and you jsut have to replace factory pads. This pad is sized right so it fits other magazine wells too.
You can read description from Modern Service Weapons. Right now it is only offered for 9mm, .40S&W, .357SIG, .45 GAP magazines.
