Heckler & Koch is under investigation by German authorities for bribing officials in Mexico and possibly in Germany. H&K was already being investigated for selling weapons to 4 states in Mexico(Chiapas, Chihuahua, Guerrero and Jalisco) prohibited by Germany for human rights violation.
They are also investigated on how H&K weapons ended up in Libya when it was approved for export to Egypt.
